Production Habitica is now running on MongoDB Server version 7.0.14. To better parallel that environment for local development, this PR changes dev scripts to download and launch that version instead of the previous 5.0.x.
This does seem to break the docker-compose workflow again. I attempted to update the docker-compose-dev.yml to use 7.0.14, but then the habitica-mongo-1 container quits with a report that it's using an incompatible
mongod
version. @DesBlock any thoughts?
